Don't get set.
I will be here; but I keenly discourage you, GW, from being set on the fourth Friday of each month as the night for these Bugger DOs.
I have been a member of the Central Electric Railfans' Association since 1978. I had a presentation to it in May 2012 which included images took while in Japan for Japan DOs. Its monthly meetings are also on the fourth Friday of each month (with perceptible adjustments for November and December when necessary), and it is going to resume in-person meetings sometime soon. Perhaps even on the 25th.
C.E.R.A. is my priority on these nights. So, either virtual or in-person, that's where I will be at 19:00 hours [CT]. If it is in-person, it will take a while to transit back to the abode from downtown Chicago.

I will try to make a brief appearance, but I expect to be otherwise occupied most of that night.

It's a maybe for me.
We are currently scheduled to be in New Orleans and that's the Friday before Mardi Gras. Also changing hotels that day. But 6pm CT would be before the parades get to Canal Street, so it's a possibility (not that I plan to get elbow-to-elbow with parade crazies this year). If so, I won't have ANY problem with the drunk requirement.

We are a little over a week away!
I know attendees in the past have enjoyed activities when we had them (or at least say they did). With this in mind, I have prepared two activities so far:

- Zoom background show-'n-tell: make your Zoom background a photo of your least favorite destination, and tell us why you chose it.
- Twenty Game: categories involving the number 20, in honor of the 20th Drunk DO. The winner(s) of each category must take a sip of their drink!

A third activity we can do, in honor of National Margarita Day (which is today!), is a margarita recipe share! Please submit your favorite margarita recipe to me via PM by 2100 ET on Friday (one hour into the DO). Accompanying photos are also welcome. I will be sharing a favorite recipe of mine as well
