Blue Ghost brewery, right around the corner from AVL so we decided to pick up LTR from the airport after all :D

Recommendation: Zillicoah Brewing. Mostly a locals hangout. Great taco truck around back. Good beer. Awesome location on the bank of the river. Hammocks in the shade for when you can no longer stand.

Here is what actually happened just in case anyone ever needs to spend a perfect day in AVL. Final Itinerary: 10AM: Breakfast at Stony Hill Bistro 11AM: DSSOLVR Brewing 12PM: New Belgium Brewing Company 1:30PM Wedge Brewing Company 2:30PM Lunch at Fresh Food Fired Pizza West 3:30PM One World Brewing 4:30PM Bhramari Brewing Company 5:30PM Urban Orchard Cider Co 6:15PM Green Man Brewery 7PM Twin Leaf Brewery 8:30PM Hi-Wire Brewing 9:30PM Bear’s Smokehouse BBQ 10:15PM The One Stop At Asheville Music Hall 12AM Lazy Diamond Certainly a fun day and a great town. |
