Unfortunately I will not be able to make it. I have a pressing engagement in Germany that weekend. Of course if there are border troubles, I will be a last minute attendee!

Sorry to read that, Jessica. Maybe Kathy and I can arrange another convoluted routing with a German stopover!

Oz Fest was a major component of our travels for 13 consecutive years and we do hope to start another streak in 2022.

Put me down for Gold, I don't trust our state premiers to keep the borders open, and if the borders are open, remind us for the next week please reconsider your need to travel because of one new case.

Coming up is the federal election and hopefully that will allow us to travel and allow non Australians to travel to Australia.

and another is that most hotels are offering cancellable bookings on the cheap rates.

I did miss my overseas friends at Ozfest 2021 just gone so I hope all is well next year.

I was originally planning to visit Melbourne in May 2020 but obviously that didn't happen.
