Whisky tasting set

My Santa got me a great tasting set of whiskies from the Whisky Exchange, none of which I’ve tried yet so look forward to working my way through over the coming weeks.

Thanks, really love this as I can learn some new whiskies and keep warm!

Great wine!

My Santa emailed me to say that this is just part 1 of my gift, which is very exciting as this is already more than enough! EDIT: This is actually the second part of the gift, the first being the whisky above - what a gift!

My Santa got me 2 bottles of fantastic Argentinian Malbec, which is great as it means I can open one to drink now and keep the other for later time. They also said it’s one of their favourites and I’ve never had it before, so really look forward to trying this, thanks!

Initial thanks to my Secret Santa from Simi Valley, CA who FedEx'ed me several nicely wrapped packages last week, they arrived safely. I'll be back closer to Christmas with the details and a proper thank you. Gotta get a tree up first!

I got my first SS package yesterday!

- A fun pair of corgi socks (corgis rule)

- A whiskey journal as I begin my whiskey explorations
- A magnet of the state of PA (not shown since my daughter already put it up on her magnet board in her bedroom)

There's more to come! I think there's another 2 packages, neither of which will have a gift note (you know about the one).

I was going to get you corgi socks any way, and then saw your wish list.

We received the first of our Secret Santa Gifts. Some great food goodies from N. Carolina. We were just in Asheville in August and don't remember seeing any of these items. Thanks Redhead. We have only opened a couple so far but great to try some things we have never seen or tried before.

I just got my second gift sent. So now there is only waiting to see if the receiver will have good use of the gifts.

As usual it was quite fun to try to think of something useful for people you don't really know.
