2019 Santa Paws Exchange
 

In light of the Secret Santa thread, it's time for the 6th annual FT Santa Paws exchange, where FTers' pets sent presents to each other, much like the Secret Santa exchange.

I'll organize it again this year, as I had great fun learning about FTers' furbabies!

If you want to participate, send me a PM with:

1. Your Name
2. Number of pets "participating"
3. Pet name(s) and species
4. Your email address
5. Mailing address for your pet(s)
6. Toys they like,
7. Treats they like and any allergies or restrictions they have with regard to treats
8. Neck measurement (for collars)
9. Any other information you wish to share that is interesting.

"Suggested" value, around $20/pet, not including shipping. I'll send our assignments by December 6, please ship presents by December 18.

Aww! Someone doesn't look thrilled though.

Helen, the older corgi on the right, always looks grumpy unless she is actively being given a treat or rubbed. Dylan always looks like he is smiling. He is also a jealous little pup who will push my daughter off my lap in order to get more snuggles.

Geno will occasionally start barking in order to convince Schultz to jump off the bed to go investigate, only so Geno can hop onto the bed and steal his spot.

Today Hazel and Ziggy got an early Christmas Gift from Tugger and Grover! Thanks again they loved everything and could not wait for the toys to be thrown all over the house so they could take them and hide them from each other. Our Basset hound also says thanks for the treats that he stole from Hazel and ziggy!

Gunter will be getting his gift from TJ on the 20th...be on the lookout!

Dylan and Helen were so excited by their SantaPaws package yesterday. They both devoured the piece of chicken jerky that I gave them. We are going to try to ration the rest :) Helen immediately jumped on the squeaky toys and ran around the house (she rarely runs anymore) squeaking and tossing it. Dylan chased the pig oinking and tried to steal the squeaker from Helen. Pics - both of them with the raccoon squeaker

Will there be a 2020 Santa Paws?

I'm happy to organize one quickly, with an extended deadline for shipping. I didn't previously because between losing Empress Cobaka earlier this year, and Geno's health, I wasn't sure I had it in me to do it. However, Geno's vet visit today was good, so I'll post it ASAP!

So sorry to hear about losing one of your fur babies ...glad to hear Geno is doing well though! I'm sure everyone will love doing santa paws again this year...the pics are always so much fun!

So glad to hear this as you were sure he was very sick. I'm sure Grace enjoys his company and may be a small reason he is still going.

His liver tumor isn't going away, but at least it hasn't progressed more.
