A group of Flyertalkers, from all over the world, meeting for a weekend for drinks, meals & activities. A lot of discussion about frequent flyer programs. Some people attend all and some may attend one activity.
Some people have been coming to Oz Fest for over a decade ^

Put me down as silver for now as I'm definitely interested. I just won't have much flexibility on travel dates and times. If award space for the flights I'm looking at opens up, or there is a really great airfare sale at some point, then this could change.

We've been to Sydney and I've been to Gold Coast for a regional business meeting. We'll be going to Perth and Broome prior to BNE on this trip. The new UA route from IAH-SYD has made it much easier for us to get to SYD and launch from there. And there are usually upgrades and awards available.

I look forward to the ORD-BNE flight going in sale with Alaska points.
I will be attempting to get the +1 to go along. My first time leaving the US after getting my passport was to Oz Fest Darwin. Hopefully that will be the same for her in BNE, She has not applied for her passport yet.
So Gold for now with possible +1.

Heard a lot (very positive) things from former Oz Fests, so I got curious about it.
Next year the dates and the location BNE fit perfectly into my travel plans for 2020.
Please add me as Gold, as I still have to find good airfares from Europe to Australia.
Thanks.

I have been in Brisbane in June visiting a friend and thus searching for a reason to go back. Given, that it is still some time, consider me a highly interested. And it is also time for another FT Do - have not been at one for ages ... and yes, the reports are always very good (as @ClaudiSTR mentioned)

I'm confirmed. Flying over in Qantas business on an Alaska award and waiting for something to open up for the trip home from BNE. Will be spending time in Melbourne and Perth before ending up in Brisbane.
