Unfortunately, updating this thread came to demand more time than the three Keymasters were willing to devote to the task.

If more people want to keep this thread updated, we could always start the process again. For now, however, this thread should be considered retired http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Masha deserves loud rounds of applause for doing this as long as she did. I helped some this past year - it's a lot of work. I have newfound respect for all that Masha did for the two years or so that she organized this for us.

This thread is a good idea but in practice difficult to use.
