Chicago Deep Dish Pizza+maybe Sightseeing Dec 20th

As already preanounced a long time ago in the Dinning Buzz forum, Daydream is hitting the town on December 20th, and she wants some good ole' Pizza.

So, anyone up for some food and maybe drinks? I arrive in town at 12:30 and my plane leaves at 9 pm. Also if anyone is in the evening at the RCC and wants to meet, just drop me a line.
Goati, Willy, you two up for it at least?

I might do a little stroll through town in the early afternoon, so if anyone has the sudden urge to see N. Michigan Avenue or one of the Museums, feel free to join. (or if you have better ideas, ..its not my first time Chicago, so I have seen lots of things already)

Done - send me an email and we'll meet up.

Too bad you're not stuck overnight - you haven't seen The Weiner Circle or the Twisted Spoke. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

I might be able to attend at least through about 4pm. But I won't know until the week before.

You guys, just make sure my pal makes here flight. She's meeting up with Counsellor and I the next evening in Munich. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Interesting how a good German girl is craving pizza and chocolate shakes, and a good American girl is craving Weißwurst and Bretzl, and we both will get our fondest wish on the very same day. Hmmm.

Is this still happening? I might be finding myself in Chicago on Saturday, but my train would leave at 3:15 so it's borderline whether I could meet up--what's the likely schedule?

sure, if it is not too cold out, I suggest a take out deep dish pizza and beers by the lake, but that is just me. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
