Another PHX Do--8/21
 

So, Flyertalker johannw of Germany will be visiting our fair city this August, wants to meet some fellow flyertalkers, and is requesting Mexican food.

Thursday, August 21 is the date that works for the two of us, meeting at 7:00 PM. Let's gather at Mi Patio, at the southeast corner of 7th Ave & Osborn in Phoenix.

The management, service & food here are great! I'll see about getting our own room set. Our guest is going to try to bring refreshments brewed in his home town to share!

I'm coming to Tempe for college two days prior to that actully, I would love to join you guys if you can stand a college student! It would be good to meet some Flyertalkers from the Grand Canyon State I'll be inhabiting.

From Tempe, take the 202 west, I-10 west, then head north on 7th Ave until Osborn. Should be about a 20 minute drive.

I usually get out for less than $15, more if I get dessert. You can keep it under $10 without trying too hard.

By all means, don't wear a tie. People show up in everything from shorts & t-shirts to sports wear. I'll probably do the khaki-polo shirt thing, just to look halfway respectable. Maybe it's best to say, wear what you fly in!
