need help from a lawyer or real estate agent
Any lawyers or real estate agents out there who could help me? My husband and I are looking at buying a piece of property in TX. It is not on a county maintained road and is quite a bit larger than any lots around it. We have been told in order to get a mortgage we have to have a joint use and maintainance agreement. The relator selling the property seems to have no clue what this is. Where would we find this document? Should somone at the county know where it is? Anyone who can help us would be wonderful. Thanks.

Joint use? what would the uses be? Perhaps you could talk to a local bank for insight.

This is indeed a thread for OMNI: "A discussion of all things NOT related to miles, points, travel, dining or airports" or to the get-togethers and personal happenings of the FT Community. Please follow it at OMNI under FT Travel.
