I know 10k posts is Platinum; Does 3k get me FlyerTalk Silver medallion? If so, when do my credentials arrive? How many post for Gold? What are the perks?

I took a moment before replying to a post and I realized I was up to 2,999. So I taken another moment to post my 3,000th post here before continuing on in the other Forum.

Yes, Just a moment or two, I guess that how long it may take to write a post ... so I am now on 3,000 moments or twos before I complete my 3,001st ... :cool:

Just a moment, but a significant one, IMHO. Let me thank you for your contributions, such as organizing OzFest#4 and assisting FT members, such as your post #3001. :)

May I take just another moment to say thankyou for that ... :o :o

Congratulations serfty and thanks for all your help.

I hope that I can be as helpful as our more experienced and generous members, like Serfty.

In the club now...been a while...about 45 days for me since 2000. (been really busy lately)

In the interest of full disclosure, I will reveal that I made a handful of extra posts today for no other reason than to keep up with the esteemed member who posted above me.

We seem to of hit each of our 1k, 2k & 3k mileposts within a day or two of each other each and every time.

I signed up for FT in November 2005. Now, a number of DOs, mistake fares/rates, scores of flights and lots of new friends later, I just want to say: thanks for everything FT - it's been a heck of a ride these last 18 months, and I look forward to the next 1000 posts!
