Far more people have been sickened aboard airplanes, but that still doesn't keep me out of the air. Carnival has not been stricken by this outbreak, and I am confident their ships will be safe for sailing. I cruise frequently, and have never had a problem.

PLEASE count me in. I may be coming with wife and 15 year old. Sounds great. How shall we get further details?

I'm going to be placing the block on these rooms this week, so I'll be posting information on booking them very soon.

The trip will be 5/9 to 5/12, leaving LA and visiting Mexico.

Prices will start around $400 per person including taxes. We will also be having a cocktail party and various other activities onboard geared to us.

People will have plenty of opportunity to do their own thing, though -- don't fear that you're stuck with the group the whole time!
