Brunch/Lunch & a Mariners' Game on July 4th?
 

I'm going to swing through Seattle on Thursday the 4th for a few hours, arrive at 9:50am and depart at 7:30pm. There is a ball game at 3:30pm, but I'm not sure where the new stadium is located. Anyway, I thought that I would see if anyone else will be in the area, Ken.

Actually we are going out to the airport to send our son off to BKK and Viet Nam around 10:00 am. We will be in the RCC.

Ken's is a wonderful weird place for those of you who haven't seen it or been there. In the bowels of baggage land. If your passport is expired, as happened to me once, they will sign a rickety proof of affidavit that you are a US citizen provided you have a current drivers' license. They also store frozen fish and sell other doodads.

travelmanken, I think you should visit Ken's if nothing else to see it and there is a namesakeness for you. Though I doubt you will meet Ken as I only have seen women working there.

How is GL doing anyway?

Just got a call from Goldlust. He will arrive SEA before noon tomorrow, so we will wait for him and bring him along to brunch.

The message I got from GL late yesterday said he was arriving 11:35 a.m EWR-PDX and then taking the train to SEA. Did that change today?

BTW, we'll be at FX McRory's before the game--somewhere around 1:30.

After a gorgeous day in Seattle and an M's win at the Safe TMK has been deposited safely back at Sea-Tac for his return back to SMF.

After seeing Peregrine safely off to BKK, picking up Goldlust and locking my keys in my car while the engine was still running, we finally made it to FX McCrory's to meet up with TravelManKen and missydarlin. Travelweary and Michael finally showed up for the photo-op (of course, Travelweary ducked for cover as the flash went off http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif).
