Can't make Jan, how about LHR at Xmas?

We will be in London Dec 17-28 ...the oft postponed trip, first, from Sept 18, and then from late Oct when Mr. squeakr lost his job. We are up for most anything EXCEPT overindulging in pints and pints of draught in smoky pubs....which I hope will leave some other activities open and of interest to some folks....Dinner? Lunch? Sharing glasses of wine? We're up to meet who ever will be around....

squeakr, my previous (pre 9/11) offer stands, and I promise not to throw any limericks, haikus, or sonnets at you.

I'll be around during those dates if you wish to get a few drinks or a meal. Please e-mail me with your itinerary and convenient dates.

I have been debating a last-minute trip IAH-LGW end of Dec. to try to make Plat...plus there's now a possibility of a new job come January so much less time to travel the first half of the year. Decisions, decisions...

I had planned a last-minute mileage run but had to postpone. Looks like I'm going to have to settle for Gold for 2002.

Squeakr, how about a trip report for those who will be heading to London in January?
