I can't get it to work as it insists that I have a US address, and we live in the UK. What can I do?

Jill is a senior reservation agent on the AA Executive Platinum desk in Raleigh, N.C., a one-time active participant in FT who was bopped by her management after a reporter wrote an ill-advised (and unauthorized by her) piece about her in a major paper, a friend of many here through FT gatherings, and truly fine person.
