Help! Made a FF mistake, need advice.
 

I'm a true newbie, so forgive my glaring ignorance. On March 8 I flew NWA to Hong Kong business class from Seattle. They asked me if I wanted NWA FF miles or a partners'. I chose a partner (America West) because I thought I'd get the same number of miles either way. I was shock to discover I got only about 2,000 miles on Am. West -- for a biz. class ticket to Asia!! Can I request that they award me the NWA miles and delete the Am. West miles? I feel really sick.... Thanks.

Welcome to the board. I really don't know the answer, but you might want to repost that question on the Northwest section of the board...you might find someone who has the experience to help provide an answer.

It's surely worth a try with the WP folks at NWA!

richardphx, in my experience most airlines are quite accommodating, but don't let too much more time go by. It will help of course if you have status on NW.
