I'm actually doing LAX, HKG and BKK myself later this month, but about 2 weeks behind you.

RKG - sounds good. i get into BKK on the 7th in the evening and I leave on the 8th around 5 so if you're there on the 7th it would probably be better for drinks otherwise anytime on the 8th is fine. we can email and confirm it or if you have a contact number?

kokonutz - are you in BKK on the 23rd or 25th? my plans for the return are still unconfirmed so maybe we can still meet up?

I am at a meeting the evening of the 7th. I am not sure how late, though. On the 8th, I am free most of the morning and part of the afternoon. Maybe lunchtime? Afternoon? You can reply to my e-mail. It would be good to finally meet a FT'er. You would be my first!

I'm in Delhi right now and will be leaving first thing Wednesday morning but it's so early it's more like Tuesday night.

I did have breakfast with Indogulf on the 8th in Bangkok. He is a very enjoyable person. We spoke for about 90 minutes. I haven't heard from him since. I know he was leaving that afternoon for India.

hi all, sorry for not posting sooner but as ozstamps rightly mentioned newcastle is a long way from SYD. my brother's new residence hall didnt have telephone lines installed yet so i was internet-less for the past few days. but i have to say the area around newcastle is beautiful and we did have a great time.

anyways i'm in SYD now (Thursday at 2 PM) until Friday around 2 PM when I leave for the airport and on to SIN.

so if anyone's around (ozstamps?) in SYD tonight or tomorrow early i'd love to meet up. i'm staying at the sheraton on the park.

or singapore on saturday morning or lunch or bangkok again on saturday evening or sunday morning???

and i'll be back in india on sunday night so i'll be in touch with those of you who said you'll be there too.
