A Flyertalk friend and I will be in town to do the Boeing tour and to board the Amtrak Coast Starlight. I arrive Sunday and he arrives Monday, so we obviously need to do two DOs.
Please post your interest (or commitment!) for either or both dates and we'll see how this pans out.
Sunday dinner reservation for 4 people at 6:00 pm:
Poppy
622 Broadway East
Seattle, WA 98102

Monday dinner reservation for 7 people at 6:30 pm:
Maslow's by Farestart
380 Boren Ave N
Seattle, WA 98109
206.588.4020

Aww man, I'd love to try Junebaby! But I arrive home from AMS that evening.
Interested in Monday, but it would have to be on a drop-in basis, depending on my jet-lag status.

we are definitely in for Junebaby — I’ve updated the wiki
wrt Monday — Chandler’s Crabhouse is closing at the end of Sep; rather pricey, but a longtime South Lake Union fixture that we’ve often enjoyed

Sad to hear about Chandler’s. So many good places have gone in South Lake Union. Worked at Zymo and there were fun restaurants down there. Now, built up and crowded.
Checked our schedule for Sept 23. Aw shucks...
. ..we will be in Yellowstone.
it sounds like fun. Everyone have a great time!!

JuneBaby only has 1 big table, and I've been told that it is fully booked for Sunday nights until the end of the year, so you may want to have a backup plan. The chef's other restaurant is 2 blocks away (Salare) and is also spectacular.

I'm heading back from LHR the 24th- get in at 10:50 AM and depart at 5 PM. Can watch options as they develop- interested but can't commit currently - would probably need to SDC... or have more A space open on AS.

Gah, why did I not get email notifications for my thread from the 25th forward?! (This may be why.)
Anyway, what bummer news. I will call Junebaby tomorrow and ask about availability. If they're booked, I'll go with lalala's recommendation of Lark. (<-- After a second think, I'm not 100% on their menu.)
