Once again, I'll be organizing this year's Chicago Seminars FlyerTalk Dinner. We'll be dining at the same location as the previous two years (which has provided us with some fantastic service, food, and separate checks!).

If you're interested in joining - please reply to this thread and I'll add you to the guest list. As we're currently limited to only 50 seats, please only reply if you're definitely committing to attend. In the past couple years there have been a handful of cancellations at the last hour - please refrain from doing this; just because people might be waitlisted doesn't mean I can get in touch with them at the very last minute if you cancel. Also, in your response, please indicate if you need a ride or whether you'd be willing to provide a ride. (we will also utilize the hotel shuttle for a handful of attendees).

RSVP/Waitlist for Chicago Seminars Dinner DO

Date/Time: Saturday, 21 October 2017 at 8pm
(we'll depart from the Holiday Inn en masse around 7:45pm - leaving plenty of time to enjoy the Chicago Seminars reception at the hotel)

Transportation Details:
Similar to last year, we'll look to use the hotel shuttle but we'll still need additional vehicles to accommodate everyone. If you're attending, please indicate if you need a ride or can provide a ride for others. I will post/send ride assignments on Friday, October 20th - at which point please get connected with each other on your own during the Chicago Seminars. If you're either providing or needing a ride, please plan on meeting/departing from the lobby of the Holiday Inn at 7:45pm on Saturday to ensure we all arrive at Jimmy's by 8pm.
