I'll be in Chicago on May 16. Revised date and location.

not a fan of stuffed deep dish pizza like Giordano's/Edwardo's. I love a good pan pizza of Gino's East, Pizzeria Uno (original location only), Pizzeria Due, Lou Malnati's. Gino's East on Superior? I'm currently open both dates and even though I don't get out of my burb office, I'll do my best to make it downtown.

Go for it all.
The original Gino's East on N. La Salle St. is now a full-fledged brewpub that still serves the pizza.
The craftbeers there are good enough that I have gone there just for that. As long as you're fluctuating, check it out.

Whatever was I thinking. I haven't seen you in a while; and since Chicago pizza is a change of pace for me, and since Giordano's is something new for me, I 'fixed' the OP to reflect the Rush Street location.
