Did it end up being $5 or are you still waiting for the ride? I tried the price quote in the app and it wasn't the $5.

It was only five dollars and I gave the driver a five dollar tip because it was so cheap. I watch the driver on the Uber app and he took an interesting way to get to my house but he was right on time.

2 PM tour at PANC June 22nd
Parking/tour information for 2 PM Airport Operations Tour:

Mr. beckoa,

Please have your party meet <ANC> Airport Manager, in the North Terminal by the polar bear display in the lobby, just inside the main front door. Bring your parking ticket in with you to have it validated in our badge office. They are located directly to the right as you come in the front door. The tour will take approximately 1-1/2 - 2 hours, so please plan accordingly.

Does the $5 thing end this weekend or is it through the week? Cant decide if i uber or Lyft from Alaska railroad on Monday

Might take your assistance shuttling folks downtown and to the 4 PM tour on Thursday. Same to others with a car like @BOB W and @AKronin ^

Its based on the availability of a certain carrier... might or might not happen depending if they are out flying or not. Fingers crossed.
