Count me as probable/possible. I would be very interested but can't make any commitment for next year.

You must have been too young to attend the Original Berlin DO in 2006. Our host, Berlinflyer, kept us under control. Mostly.

Got it. That was the original Berlin Do, but this one would be the 1st!

It is! I was lucky enough to have been there before the Wall came down (both sides) and a couple times afterwards. Endlessly fascinating. Worth the trip for the amazing Jewish Museum alone, both for its architecture and its contents.

Oh dear. 2006 is before my time and I wasn't aware of that Berlin Do. This will still be the first (hopefully) annual Berlin Do.

No worries, FT barely existed back then, let alone the bloody internet!

In 2006? There were a lot of us here years before then. One of our first FT events was at the San Diego Airport in 2000/2001 where we had a control tower tour, airport operations briefing, and a nice dinner in Balboa Park. Had over 50 members turn out for that, many of us flying in for the weekend. We were pretty busy even back then with events. I think there's actually less big events this year because some have got up to 75-100 attendees and have become too difficult to organize and manage.

Impressed/surprised. I was quite young and living on pennies overseas at the time. Have a nice day.

Stress not, it is remarkably easy to get around in MUC.

You will probably get sick of Australian and American tourist accents at that time of year

Hi - please add me to the "interested" list. Not sure I can make it, but I've been looking for an excuse to see Berlin for awhile now.
