I expect that venue will be determined by later today & I will change details in post #1 to reflect. (last time the meal was at Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse Rosemont & some were not pleased with cost, so the venue will be a lower cost venue that can easily handle our group)

Hey Willie, what about the Rosemont district? Park Tavern in Rosemont or one of the other places in that district should be able to accommodate us.

Awww am in ORD for one night on Tues 21 July night enroute to HNL

Edit: Missed that there's a 'do set up for this Wednesday as well. Will have to check to see which date works better for me.

Interested...hope I can make this work. Not many more Captain Denny opportunities like this before he retires. I don't fly United much anymore, so this might be the last good chance

The venue will be in Rosemont. I'm waiting for a mgr to call me back from a venue where I've held FT Do's in the past. A venue that the waitstaff was willing to create individual checks for each patron, which is a large plus as some drink, some don't, some order a sandwich, some order a steak, etc etc.

Believe it or not, there are many venues that want to tack on a charge for a large group. While I wouldn't have a problem if this dinner was on a busy weekend night, to try & do so on a weekday night when business is slower is unacceptable.
