Day trip to Indonesia. Bintan island will be where we will take the ferry to.
1:00 PM: lowjhg is setting up a lunch at Yum Cha at Wah Lok at Carlton Hotel. PM if you plan to attend.
8:30 PM: Dinner at Jumbo Seafood Dempsey Hill
January 18
10:00 AM: Alexandra Arch trail walk (about 5k total distance)
1:00 PM: Indian Lunch at Muthu's Curry on Racecource Road
8:00 PM: Dinner at Straits Kitchen

To begin, all activities will be out of Danang, so book a hotel there. I suggest the Hyatt Regency.
January 19
Fly to DaNang
Dinner location, but dinner will be around 8:00.
January 20
Tour on the Hai Van pass to Hue where we will then visit the Citadel. This is about an 8 hour excursion.
Return to Danang around 6:00 PM.
Dinner in Hue or Danang afterward.
January 21
Possible lunch for those still around.

For those on the Vietnam Airlines flight leaving SIN at 1:15 pm today, Tkey75 and I have arranged to meet in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt at 10:00 am and will organize taxi/taxis from there. I believe there are a few staying at the Marriott/GH who may be on this flight so if you wish to join us please be in the GH lobby by 10:00 am.

Regarding the plan for tomorrow, we will be meeting at the Hyatt and leaving for the tour at 9:00.
I ordered the bigger vehicle and the cost will be between $50 and $60 USD. Make sure you get your Vietnam dongs so I can pay the tour operator.
