Just sent out a PM to the cruise participants with the payment info. I will wait with the collection of the airbus tour till we are closer to the date of the event.
Reasons:
- Payment is only due 14 days before the event
- If the full participation of 40 is reached, the cost is 26€/person, at the current level its 32€, I don't want to run around handing folks change at the event

Also, Oliver, what time is 'everything' over on Sunday? Trying to figure my flight back to Vienna... and if I need to add a day to my trip.
Edit: Went ahead and added the extra day to the end of my trip just to cover bases.

Arriving Friday morning on AB8463 at 10:15....
I am assuming this last function is actually at the airport. The best departure time I could find on Sunday is 14:15...was dependent upon award availability.

Its the other side of the airport with regular airport parking shuttles. The LH tour ends at aprox 1pm. You should be fine.

Quick update:
We had a few optouts, so now the booking status:
Airbus tour: 35 of 40
Cruise: 18/18
LH: 21/22, 6 on WL
I will ask for payments today assuming a booking of 35 for the Airbus tour.

Just had two cancellations, so the maths on the Airbus tour is going south
