I'm on the official official flight with the winner-to-be, but Oliver 2k2 suggested that one of the afternoon flights on 11 May would be the DO-Flight. Looks like it's decided!

Tough decision, but I think I'll pass booking a seat on the departure parade since I'm on the opening parade. It'll give a chance for someone else to enjoy the experience. I'll just stand on the tarmac taking pictures of you guys taking off and landing.....

Note that the sunday departure parade may be late and the weather in May in HAM is sort of unpredictable. That said the FT JU52 ride we took in August 2010 had iffy weather too and the pilot just flew under the clouds 
I didn't struggle to get us a ride on the opening parade because its on a friday afternoon, which most of us would not find convenient to arrive for in time and because you may want to enjoy the parade from a nice vantage point in the harbour and not just for 15-20 min from the air.

But I was sitting on the wrong side and missed the spectacular view when I thought the aunty was going to dive through the roof of the Allianz Arena.
