Mostly it piles up in my basement. My consumption has not reached equilibrium with my purchasing.

I volunteer to assist you with that problem. I'm sure that whatever you have put away is better the swill that is currently on my fridge.

Maybe you can organize your basement. Bottles and six-packs make nice bookends - or do you have far too many books?
