Blondie and DEVO have announced a "Whip It to Shreds" September 2012 tour. Mostly in WA, CA, TX, and FL.

The final show is Sep. 26 in Chicago at the Chicago Theater. Tickets go on sale to the general public 6/16/12, but I have a presale code that will activate in a couple days.

Hmmm...I could be tempted. Not quite sure yet whether or not I'll be in town that week. Will definitely list this as a "maybe" and keep an eye on it.

Too many things cooking in Sept. So will have to pass.

I have never been there; bought "Best Available" in the Orchestra. Big splurge for me but these are 2 of my favorite groups, there may never be another opportunity, and there are only a few tour dates.

Just talked to Mrs Cheltzel and decided to buy ... all they are selling on the main floor is way on one side ... just bought seats in the Mezzanine.

So I guess we are attending for sure ;)

Thanks for the info on this. We'll probably take a pass. Just too much happening, and already too much $$$ spent this year on upcoming travel and other odds and ends. We're spread a bit thin.
