This sounds like a mega idea and with the better half being super resistant to invitations to a holiday in 2013.
I am at the moment 70 / 30 (70% on the going bit) because I will be a university student 2012/2013 but I might just use some of my grant to fund this trip

I'm interested and if there's a way to swing a meal at Jiro's, well then, I'd mark it in pen on my calendar as soon as the dates are set.
