This sounds like a mega idea and with the better half being super resistant to invitations to a holiday in 2013.

I am at the moment 70 / 30 (70% on the going bit) because I will be a university student 2012/2013 but I might just use some of my grant to fund this trip .

I will post some of the dates that are good for me once I have confirmed my place but I really want this Do to happen! ^

I'm interested and if there's a way to swing a meal at Jiro's, well then, I'd mark it in pen on my calendar as soon as the dates are set.

Cool. Fumitani i am sure would be up for this but he goes to HND every weekend so he`s pretty easy with dates i`m sure. KIXMan or CANMAN would probably come too if he can.
