When it is established that there is a hotel that everybody is figuring out how to "get to," that is where I will book.
I have canceled the IC Tokyo Bay and am standing by to see exactly to where it is that I should follow-the-leader.

Call me crazy, but there's a ryokan near Ueno I really like. Definitely a bit far. I'll have to see how things develop before I commit to any accommodation.

What's wrong with Toyoko-Inn??? I've stayed there at least 5 times this year. I only pay 4800yen per night(doing the after midnight no reservation plan)....Breakfast shouldn't be much of a concern if you're going to Tsukiji every morning to eat Sushi

I'd love to join in, but like several others, I'm already on UA's 787 inaugural DEN-NRT on 3/31. If any of you are still in town when we all pull in, see you then.

Event Sold Out...
Folks
We're already at the waitlist stage, within 3-days of the event being published. We'll let the total list run to just over 60, because the event is still a long way off and for some, life is going to get in the way and there will be cancellations, and changes.
If you know people who still haven't registered - they need to - pronto.
We won't be able to do much once the list gets to 60+. Nothing to do with not being able to handle logistics, its the events that we have planned that can't cope with much more.
Cheers
