Also any good tips on how to get their from Schaumburg Itasca area during rush hour? Kennedy from Ohare to the junction tends to be a stop and go parking lot around 5pm-7pm.

Take Metra NW line from Cumberland or Des Plaines stop, get off at Irving (at a decent time) and I'll pick you up & drive you to the Do. Seeing as I have to drive right out to Des Plaines afterwards, you can get a ride back to your car.

Transportation question

Just to confirm, is this walkable from Red Line stop "Argyle"? I will be staying in the area around Grand on the Red Line, so would seem to be pretty easy to take the train, unless I am totally confused by the location.

Any Chicago folks confirm this makes sense?

Perfect compliment to our week - we're doing a "Taste of Chicago" organized tour for the week and have that evening free. It's the only one of the 3 meals per day they don't have us booked!

goodeats, we're coming from Grand Red line too (Four Points Sheraton downtown) - so maybe we'll see you and other FT members on the train. :)
