I can do Tyson's, but I have another commitment on the 27th.

(I've also not been too impressed with Founding Farmers, but that was based on one mediocre meal at the DC location.)

Same. I will recommend Earl's, if folks are still up for Tysons. Or Eddie V's bar.

Out all that week save Friday, at which point I'll be too jet-lagged to leave my house. That's an acceptable excuse here, right?

Since it's restaurant week, I'd prefer to pick someplace that's actually participating in restaurant week for our next get-together. I cannot find Earl's or Eddie V's listed as participants.

I've dined at all three Founding Farmers locations multiple times and have been fairly pleased with everything. Not perfect, but I think it will work well for our typical group. Also considering that Founding Farmers pretty much opens most of menu for restaurant week, I think it would suit a potentially large group with varying tastes.

Noting Rus925's and mhnadel's unavailability on Wednesday, I've gone ahead and preemptively made reservations for 10 people at Founding Farmers in Tysons for Thursday, January 28th at 7pm.

Please use the wiki on this thread to confirm your attendance.

Hopefully this will be ok for most of the group. I'd prefer to lock-in something now while there's still good availability.

I hope so too. In the mean time, best wishes for everyone dealing with the snow.

So how often does this group meet? Can't make it this time (unless flight on Monday gets canceled)
