I've done several of these runs from LAX to (mostly) ORD and DFW. I have done a variety of same day turns, layover turns where I went into town for Lunch, one where I rented a car for 8 hours to drive out of town, and even one where I stayed over night to use up a Hyatt free night that I had. ORD is much better for doing these things, as there are things to do not far from the airport and public transit is better than DFW. The downside is the weather can change and goof things up. I did about 90% of my runs in coach, since I 'was' PLT, and I survived!! I did not see one FT Tag or run into anybody (admitting to be a Flyer Talk member) at all during the 55 or so segments I took last year
Anyway, I've got a few lined up for the rest of this month that I may post once I get the time to read through this thread.

150 participants now!
Not enough time at SFO to update the OP; will do in about 4 hours back at ORD.
Flight 1665 ORD-SFO 1/17/12 is showing cancelled on the monitors here.
I have the same FA as on the ORD-SFO outbound and am in fact only one seat over from this morning. He saw me and said, "Back with us? Need the miles?" Told him I am switching from WN to AA this year and he seemed pleased.

I got a PM from 2millionquest to list my flights so here's my TEQM run schedule from LAX-ORD. Most of these are pretty quick turnarounds, but I usually pop in to the AC with my platinum AMEX, so if anyone wants to piggyback as my guest, on any applicable date, let me know:
1/19/12:
AA1200 - LAX-ORD: 6:00AM
AA1455 - ORD-DFW: 12:45PM
AA2457 - DFW-LAX: 4:00PM

Chubbini, I'm having some problems trying to sort out what flights you're actually on before I can add you to the list. There are several inconsistencies in what you've listed in your post. None of your flights on 1/19 seem right. Here's what AA lists:
AA1200 LAX-ORD 0655-1305
AA1455 ORD-LAX 1300-1750
AA2457 DFW-LAX 1600-1725
and on 1/28 two of your flights don't match up with the official timetable
AA2004 LAX-ORD 0800-1400
AA1455 ORD-LAX 1300-1750
So what flights are you actually on? I also need to know your AA status and upgrade request/ticket purchase date info.
It would be easier if you PM me this info. I'll put it in the list, and then if people need to contact you for AC access, they'll see you on the list and go from there. Posts directly to the thread itself quickly get lost and become virtually useless.
Thanks!

Switched my return and did a quick turn around, now aboard 554 to Chicago.
Looks like I'm not the only one who's switching a MR to stay in SF for the NFC championships
I had to rebook last Sundays MR, for the quick drive up to GReen bay.
I doubt I'm the youngest FT'er taking advantage of this promo but at 24, I can't be too far off.
