It was pretty painful. Especially the red-eyes. Most especially the mid-week overnight turns where I went to ord right from work flew to sfo, took the redeye back, showered in the lounge and went right back to work.
In the end, I still think it was worth it. Had my first taste of AA First this morning on a flight to LGA. Slept through it - which is the best way to spend a morning flight. hopefully I'll never have to fly Y again.

I'll be at the LAX on 27th between 11:45am and 12:45PM. Can guest someone in. Alternatively, if there is a kind soul who could guest me in FL I'd greatly appreciate it.

I presume I'll be visiting Chicago this weekend. I'm on AA 1134 (9:30 AM LAX, 3:25 PM ORD) tomorrow (Fri Feb 24) morning, and AA's Midwest policy is for Feb 23-24, and a number of their evening flights today (Thu Feb 23) have been cancelled. Tomrorow mornings flights are not showing cancelled, but are zero'd out (F0 Y0, etc), but I presume that's to give priority to reaccomodating people on the cancelled flights tonight. (Luckily I got my upgrade confirmed a couple days ago!)
Since weather.com is currently saying 4-6 inches expected overnight but less than 1 inch expected tomorrow (at ORD), I presume if it indeed tapers off like that after daybreak they're not going to cancel flights tomorrow since by the time morning flights from LAX arrive, ORD should be plowed fine by then (and able to keep up with the forecast snow showers).
I'm returning on AA 637 (5:10 PM ORD, 7:40 PM LAX) on Sunday (Feb 26), but it looks like it should be all over and done by then. So I presume if I can actually get to Chicago, I'll be able to get back.
FWIW, this is my second-to-last DEQ11 trip I've got booked, and the last one is through DFW again (another "real trip" the following weekend).

My 7am flight ORD-SFO was canceled. I was auto-rebooked on 2:25 pm non-stop, turning a day trip to the office into a mileage run.
