I've never (knock on wood) had an issue with ORC. It was usually handled by customer service and always posted in the next day or so. Even for DEQM promos. I would think it would be harder to get it for an entire trip not taken rather than an interrupted trip midstream.

Original Routing Credit. Usually given upon request if you've booked, say, LAX-ORD-MIA-JFK-DFW-LHR and they rebook you on the nonstop LAX-LHR for irrops or some other reason.

Just submitted my Jan flight schedule to 2millionquest.

I was crazy enough to combine MRs with two business trips, which unfortunately means I'll have luggage in tow that I'd rather not carry on the MR portions of my flying. Any suggestions on what to do? Is it risky to check my bag and just leave it unclaimed until I'm done with my MR'ing 1 or 2 days later? Unfortunately, I won't be driving to the airport, or else I'd probably just store my luggage in my car in between flights.

I think we should make an adjustment to the listing in the first post since I feel lowly being towards the bottom...

How about we rank by number of segments? That would at least place me in the top ten! (for now)

Looking at doing a rt or two on 1/11 but only seeing middle seats and preferred seats open..

Should I take my chances and see if a seat opens up at the gate or pay for a preferred..?

If the fare is good, take the middle seats and see what becomes available when the upgrades start getting processed.

Seats will open up, for a variety of reasons, but you may or may not get them. So it is matter of what you value more: saving some money or securing a good seat?

Presumably StevenC does not have status, so I am not sure he'd be able to reserve a seat vacated by an elite.

Good point. But he could still buy that better seat (even exit row).

2millionquest is sending me regular updates. When I get them, I post them pretty quickly, so keep watching the OP.

Up to 74 folks now and updated, Jan. 5. morning.

Very Jealous! Greece is my favorite place in the world. Take lots of pictures and feel free to bring back Backlava for all of us!
