I think we should PM all flight related info to 2millionquest: Flight#, date, status, UGs.

That will help with this thread getting too long.

Has anyone considered meeting OUTSIDE of the airport (if you feel safe enough doing this) and riding in together to reduce the fees for parking?

Depending on schedules, I could pack five or six into my SUV so we could split the parking.

Yes, that is best. She is out of the country and is doing a lot more with this thread than anticipated, so there may be a delay.

To be honest - the easiest thing to do is to leverage the Google spreadsheet that mowogo created. Members can maintain their own information and we can all see how the upgrades are doing for people.

Except his spreadsheet is not specific to TEQM in the 4 cities.

Fair enough. But the TEQM Spreadsheet could be maintained on google docs so everyone can see it and maintain their own information.

Once you get that, the promos should post automatically?

IF flight delays occur, and IF such delays would cause a cascade effect on one's multiple flights, and IF the (assumed) elite desk grants original routing credit for the segments, THEN the promos should post automatically. YMMV.

I am doing pure MRs with quick turn around within 1-2 hours. I have left 1-3 days between such trips (9 trips in 24 days). I hope this will protect me against minor irrops. For something really major, I'd have to call AA to see what is possible. In order of priority: (1) Original routing credit, including TEQM promos. (2) Reschedule to another January date (although free ones are very few), so TEQM still available.. (3) Reschedule to Feb/March when at least DEQM will still be in effect.

I'd do the same but for those of us living in the states (TX, IL, CA) where there is/was already a DEQM, I'd want to get the runs in during Jan to earn tripleEQM.

You are absolutely right, Feb/March DEQM would be the last fallback option. TWQM is to be preferred for sure. I have edited my post to make this clear.

My flights so far:

Jan 6:
504 SAT-DFW 4:55PM 6:05PM
1415 DFW-SFO 7:15PM 9:00PM

Jan 7:
498 SFO-DFW 1:40PM 7:10PM
1619 DFW-SAT 8:40PM 9:40PM

I'm currently Gold and I plan to use DEQ11 and DEQAA to extend my Gold status through Feb 2014. I'd like to meet some other fliers in DFW or SFO.

From your info, I gather you are looking DFW-SFO/LAX. I see lots of mid-week availability to SFO, less so on the weekends. Check out matrix.itasoftware.com.
