MCI Fliers Club
 

Let's face it, this is a tough locale for Flyertalkers. We never see any mileage run opportunities; all the great deals require us getting to a gateway cities and our airport barely makes "international" status.

Nonetheless, we can breeze in and out for our trips; we're centrally located and it's close to home.

I'm putting out the call to all folks based at MCI to see if we can connect; strategize and share tips towards making our efforts more profitable. Feel free to reply in this thread or PM me and maybe we can link up and create our own DO.

Sounds like a good idea. I've been collecting small data points of knowledge lately and I'm sure others have too.

I'd love to meet up with other MCI FTers ^ Let me know if you want to meet, etc..

I'm not from MCI, but I'm out there at least once a month for business and sometimes a couple of weeks a month. So I'd be happy to participate in any local DOs that happen during the week (or on Sunday nights).

First Meeting
 

In an effort to get this airborne, we will have a mini DO on Wednesday, April 20th at the Panera Bread at College & Metcalf (right off 435 & Metcalf) at 6:30 pm. See everyone then!

I've added it to my calendar as well, looking forward to it!

I'm starting a new job so I don't think I can make this Wednesday, but I'd be happy to meet up some other time. Keep me posted.
