I'm in plus one... we won't be staying at the Sheraton.
Can Randy PM me since I'd very much like a Sign Language interpreter, it wouldn't be fair for my +1 to interpret for me all day since I want her to learn more about FlyerTalk and being a Frequent Flier (She's CO*Plat dropping to CO*Gold) for what it's worth.

Hotel ideas...
This might be a situation when one does better with one of those 50% off SPG cards (off the rack rate, but still 50%)? If so, I may have a couple of these to spare as well.
There is always the possibility of sharing a room.
Area experts, what are other good and cheap hotels within walking distance?

actually this hotel seems to be very close to the Flushing subway stop, so it should be commutable any time of day or night via subway.
A google map shows a Best Western and a Comfort Inn near by, but if you're in need of a hotel, usually it's best to stay at the main one
at first I thought this was the Marriott near LGA but this one is right next to the subway so it's easy to get to and from the city or from JFK...

We're VERY close to opening up registration and booking. It'll be ready soon.
This isn't Randy's event. It is being run by the Frequent Traveler Education Foundation, the same folks who run the Frequent Traveler Awards.
