I've never been to any event where age mattered. As a matter of fact, some of our younger members act our age.

Better late than never.... The event is in the bar downstairs. Entrance is a large, non-descript brown door on the 5th ave side based on what I saw when I walked past this morning on my way to work. Hopefully that door is open.

Beyond that you'll have to wait for someone who actually knows details to provide them. This is just what was shared at the party and I know nothing more.

The EU leg will start on a Monday and the Brazil leg I think on Thursday
It will be the week before or the Labor week depending on room availability of Hyatt properties in Chicago
