Congratulations -- but a word of caution: The difficult time will be when the private equity firm is "cleaning up" IB's books to try to flip it. That's when short term decisions will overrule any long term considerations. And that time will come as all private equity firms run that way, sort of by definition.

Someone bought out IB? I am confused but I don't keep up on FT much except with my FT friends.
