SMD2 seatmaps
Due to popular demand 
I am creating seatmaps for the following SMD2 flights: LH405 JFK-FRA 01 NOV, LX15 JFK-ZRH 01 NOV, LH440 FRA-IAH 03 NOV, CO47 FRA-IAH 03 NOV, LH491 SEA-FRA 07 NOV and of course the charter CO1905 IAH-PHX-PAE 05 NOV.
We won't know our seat assignment on the charter until later but if you know where you will be seated on LH405, LX15, LH440, CO47 or LH491, please PM your seat assignments to me so I can start populating the seatmaps. Some people have already started posting their seat assignments but let's not clutter this thread. It will also make it easier for me to ensure I don't miss anybody if you send your information by PM.
Participation is entirely voluntary. But what's the point in coming to SMD2 and staying anonymous?

Hi all -- regrettably some things have come up at work and I may need to forgo the FRA portion of it, but I can still join in IAH/PHX/SEA.
What is the policy re: cancellation of the flights if booked under the group fare (LH JFK-FRA/CO47 FRA-IAH)? Is it 100% non-refundable? Could at least part of the value be applied to a future ticket?

What about UPGRD.COM to sell those final seats?
I'm really amazed that you guys have not talked about the MegaDo on UPGRD.COM other than a passing reference during the show about the Awards. Tow or three weeks ago! It would seem to be the perfect place to reach a wider cross section of people who might not be plugged into Community or one of the specific STAR fora here. Both the forum but particularly the podcast. It's probably too late now with one more show before the end of October.
