Free Lonely Planet iPhone guide apps for European cities, thanks to the Volcano!
I know, the volcano has ruined (so far) the travel plans of hundreds of people, but not everything has to be bad news...
Lonely planet is offering for free iPhone guide apps for IST, LON, BCN, PAR, ROM, AMS, BER, VIE, BUD, STK, CPH, MUC, MOW & VCR (with a retail value of aprox. $200 in total) for making life of those stranded in European cities, but that doesn't mean we, non-stranded, can't download them, does it?

Offer is valid until 22 April!

btw: for anyone interested, I found out about this via http://freeappalert.com/ . You can sign up to their newsletter and get a daily email digest of apps that normally cost something, but are available free.
