Loyalty scheme members; help needed!
 

Dear all,

I am a BA (Hons) International Hospitality Management student currently undertaking my dissertation/research project. My aim is to identify the perceived value of loyalty schemes within the hospitality industry and to determine whether the schemes affect customer loyalty. Therefore, I need your help!
