5:00pm-6:30pm: Welcome reception at JFK Admirals Club, behind-the-scenes tour of something airport-related, Q&A with AA representative and AAdvantage Trivia including awesome prizes
6:30pm-7:30pm: Group travel (for those interested) via the AirTrain and A Subway line from JFK to dinner
7:30pm-10:00pm: Dinner at The Palm Tribeca
10:00pm: DO officially ends but a local pub will be identified for socializing

If you haven't already, to reserve your spot at dinner (or JFK), please provide the following info in a PM:

-Full Name
-FT handle
-E-mail
-Mobile phone number (in case we can’t find you)
-AAdvantage number (Only I will see and will share with our AA representatives to know who’s attending)
**I've eliminated the photo component due to popular request**
-A personal check for $125/person for dinner. If you wish to use PayPal, we can arrange but there may be a processing fee from them

Because of the hectic holiday season, checks and confirmations would be appreciated by December 25th, 2009.
