Pre-Covid I used Chase/Citi/AMEX points for transfer to SQ as I fly to Bali a few times per year.

Covid has changed my life now......still trying to figure out my Points game but getting a lot of value out of AMEX 35% points back w/ my AMEX Biz PLT.....and Chase 1.25c with my Ink card.

I don’t get enough value out of it. I had one and cancelled it a few months ago.

Also Ink comes with trip cancellation protection that covers hotel stays as well.

It does. But not the Citi cards. I should've been more explicit.

Yes- I stopped using my Prestige for airfare as soon as Amex Plat added trip delay insurance

Anyone used the Prestige to pay the $200 for IHG Ambassador recently? If so, does it trigger the travel credit? Thanks.

It codes as business service so unlikely to trigger the travel benefit.

December statement close.

$250 AIR TRAVEL CREDIT

Purchases made by the Primary cardmember and Authorized Users on the Card Account are eligible for this statement credit. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles after the qualifying incidental air travel fee is charged to your Card Account for statement credit(s) to be posted to the account. This statement credit is an annual benefit available for purchases appearing on your billing statements from December through the following December. Pending transactions that do not post in your December billing cycle will count towards the next year's Air Travel Credit.

That's my understanding as well. Good thing I got it when it was still possible. I'll be keeping this card for the foreseeable future.
