also problems with posting, and with customer service
I've had some of these post with no problem, others show up in the "earned" page but (a month later) still not show up on my statement, and others never show up as earned at all.
When I write in, the chat agents need a lot of help finding the offer, confirm the eligible charges, and then promise it will be posted in the next cycle. They don't post. I write in again, they say "one more cycle" or tell me to call. When I call, the agents again need a lot of help to find it, go away to talk to a specialist, and then come back and tell me to talk to the merchant.
Based on these experiences, I would certainly not shift any spend to a Citi card based on terms of an offer or buy anything based on the post-offer price -- they're just not reliable, and the process of following up is infuriating with no results.

I once got $20 out of Citi (a creative agent gave me $10 in goodwill credit and $10 in cashback) but these offers are almost not worth the time. For example, they've consolidated an Uber and Uber One charge for me this time and are only crediting me for one of them.
Has anyone filed a CFPB complaint?

So, I had an offer show up on my City ThankYou Preferred for 20% back from Mattress Firm on a single purchase, which I added.. I then made a $5700 online purchase at Mattress Firm.. The transaction hasnt fully posted yet, so it is just showing up in my "Enrolled" section now.. I'm kind of skeptical that I'll get $1100+ back from this, even though I met all of the terms of the offer.. Has anyone else ever had an offer for such a significant amount come up, and did you get your credit?

I have a Mattress Firm offer, but it is for $20, not 20%.

So now that my charge posted, here is whats interesting. On Citis website and app, it now says Your earnings to date: $1150.99, which is 20% of my purchase at the merchant. IN THE Redeemed section, it shows Earned $20.00, spent $5754.96, but below shows the details of the offer as Earn 20% back on any purchase

I apologize if this is a common question or I missed something myself, but I recently signed opened a Citi Premier card and the only offers I can seem to find are Citi Offers. When I attempt to go to merchant offers, I get an error.
Is this normal? Is it because my account is new? Does the Citi Premier not have access to merchant offers (according to my searching it sounds like it should, but..)?

Is merchant offers still not available to all cards? I thought Citi decided to give everyone access to merchant offers like a month ago. Previously my custom cash and rewards+ didn't have any access to merchant offers and then some time last month both cards have access to merchant offers. Even the benefits page had a new entry saying both cards have access to merchant offers.
I recently applied for a new Double Cash since I didn't have a 2% card. To my surprise, the double cash didn't have access to merchant offers. The merchant offer page for my custom cash and rewards+ shows up, but for my double cash it is completely blank (even in the app, it says error retrieving offers). The card benefits page for the double cash also doesn't say anything about merchant offers. Is anyone else having no merchant offers on new cards as well?
