Citi Merchant Offers

I had a Dividend card in the family that was getting the Merchant Offers. After its PC to Custom Cash, the card is no longer showing up on the Merchant Offers screen. Perhaps it takes a very long time before an account starts to be included in the offers. The situation is similar to VAN -- it takes many months before an account starts appearing in that applet.

As an additional DP, my Rewards+ does not have any offer, while my Prestige and Premier both have plenty. It has always been the case for me.

I have offers on Dividend and Premier, but zero offers on Double Cash despite being selectable on the list.
Co-brands don't seem to be eligible, my ATTAM and ATTA don't even show up on the list. I haven't seen a DP of anyone with AA or ATTA cards having these offers.

Did it show up as redeemed? I used the offer the last day and can't find any history of it on my account. CS rep wasn't helpful either.

It's helpful to have patience with these offers. When you look back and see an offer credited a few days after purchase, it's easy to forget it took 1-2 extra days to actually post to the account.

i have seen very clearly from new chase cards >
- offers are based on use of card (vs little/no use)
- offer expiration was extended on a card being used, but not extended on a card not being used
whereas amex does not differentiate, and has massive numbers of offers, often much higher percent off than chase and BOA
citi sounds like in between those and amex

I have offers on Prestige, Preferred, Rewards+ and Double Cash, but none on Premier, another Preferred, another Rewards+. ATTAM and 2 Custom Cashes don't appear on the list.
