can u pay CiTiBANK cards via ATM ?
 

can you use the PIN for your CiTi card at ATM to deposit check or money order for creditcard bill payment?

apparently the answer is no.
i chatted citibank and asked and was told yes.
i went to 5 of the closest ATMS listed on citibanks map and all were "Allpoint" ATMS.
i was able to get balance info and probably could get cash but no deposits to those machines.
called Allpoint they said they have a few that can take deposit but he seemed to think none would apply to creditcard.
i guess i needed the exercise but...

I could drive to Louisville KY in about 3 hours but apparently it takes them 5 days to open the envelope.

I expect they meant that you could pay at a Citi ATM, not a network partner.

but now it seems like it requires the PIN if you pay with cash.

I tried to pay my "Shop your way" card at the Citibank ATM. It wouldn't even let me access account information. The only option I had was to withdraw money. (as a cash advance).

I wonder if this is because this is a type of Sears.card. makes me wonder if I can pay it at a Sears store like the regular Sears Card or Sears Mastercard m
