Citi Double Cash 2.5% offer for new Checking and Saving accounts.
Logging onto citi, com, I got a popup offer for "2.5% Total cash back on your Citi® Double Cash Card into (January 31) 2021".
To activate, requirement is to open a new Citi checking acct and a new Citi Accelerate savings account. To waive the $30/month service fee requires $50K combined on deposit. Normally, this would be a non-starter, but the Accelerate is currently paying 2.37%, so it's not a terrible place to park some cash.
Double Cash is my go to card for unbonused spend. I put about $2K/mo on it, so the extra half percent over 18 months would be around $180. So I'm thinking about it. At higher levels of spend, this obviously becomes more attractive, as there's no cap on the bonus cash back.
Anyway, if interested, log onto your account to see if you're targeted.

For a lot less hassle just go for a cash back card with a sign up bonus. In many cases that would be at least $200, so more than $180 and no requirement to move money around. I just don't think 2.5% is really worth the headache over a cash signup bonus elsewhere.
