If I paid for Amazon monthly instead of the yearly renewal, would CitiGold reimburse me for the monthly fee?

Good question. Wouldn't it would be cheaper to do an annual plan?

I am sure it would be, but perhaps the person is trying to minimize any out of pocket expenses and trying to use up whatever balance they have of the credits.

Can't speak for Amazon, but I'm currently on a $0.99/month plan for Hulu, and I had no issues with it automatically being covered.

Interesting strategy. I guess if OP is only going to subscribe to Prime for the few months that are reimbursed, this would work (I am not implying monthly Prime membership actually get reimbursed because I haven't tried). Unless he/she has other months covered by a different method.

Yes, purchased a $120 gift card in a separate transaction last week and was reimbursed two days later.

Costco has a Gift of Membership. Does that work for reimbursement?

Has anybody dropped below Citigold and then regained it the same year? Wondering if you get a new $200 subscription benefit, or do they remember and you gotta wait till the next year?

Citigold new program - subscription rebate

guys - with the new changes to the Citigold simplified banking experience, do they still have $200 rebates annually for subscription programs like Prime, Hulu for the lowest Citigold tier at 200k balance

Was this at Costco itself using your Citi Mastercard + PIN? Has anybody tried buying a Costco gift card online and getting a refund from Citi?

I think it's still advertised as a benefit of Citigold. I don't think Citigold itself is changing with "simplified banking" (or whatever term Citi uses) at least for now. Who knows what other "enhancements" Citi is planning, though.
